Sessions last for 60 minutes.

I appreciate that relationship counselling is a big investment, especially in a cost of living crisis.

With this in mind, I will aim to help you achieve the change you want in as few sessions possible.

Typically, relationship counselling lasts between six to 12 sessions but I can be flexible according to your needs.
