An experienced relationship counsellor, I have been studying and working in the field of relationships and communication for over 20 years. Fully qualified and Relate-accredited, I work with couples, individuals, and families to explore unhelpful patterns, strengthen communication, and find a way forward.

I offer sessions both face-to-face and online, providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to talk. My private, peaceful counselling room is based in Ascot, Berkshire.
